1. Introduction

Welcome to MAHATI Academy. By enrolling in our coaching programs or using our services, parents and students agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before admission.

2. Admissions

• Admissions are subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.
• Students must submit accurate academic and personal details during admission.
• MAHATI Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

3. Fee Payment

• All fees must be paid within the prescribed time.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless approved by the management.
• Late fee payment may result in restricted access to classes or academic services.

4. Attendance & Discipline

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Discipline, respectful behavior, and proper conduct are mandatory inside the academy and hostel premises.
• MAHATI Academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action against misconduct.

5. Academic Programs

• Coaching is provided for Sainik School (AISSEE), Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVST), RMS CET, and RIMC entrance examinations.
• Academic schedules, test patterns, and teaching methods may be updated by the academy whenever required.

6. Hostel Facilities

• Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.
• Students staying in hostels must follow hostel rules and timings strictly.
• Parents are responsible for informing the academy about any medical or personal conditions of the student.

7. Examinations & Results

• Regular tests and assessments are conducted to monitor student performance.
• MAHATI Academy provides guidance and coaching support but does not guarantee specific ranks or admissions.

8. Study Materials

• Study materials provided by the academy are strictly for student use only.
• Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of academy materials without permission is prohibited.

9. Safety & Responsibility

• The academy takes reasonable measures to provide a safe learning environment.
• However, MAHATI Academy will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings brought by students.

10. Changes To Terms

• MAHATI Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
